Trying to Figure Out How the Competition Created Their "Screencasts"?

Not only can you create your own screencasts, you can do it for free at www.screenr.com. At Screenr they advertise…Now you can create screencasts for your followers as easily as you tweet. Just click the record button and you’ll have your ready-to-tweet screencast in seconds.
  • Web-based recorder-nothing to download
  • Record on your Mac or PC
  • Plays everywhere on the web, even iPhones
  • Start now-it's completely FREE
As a business owner, I can think of a couple of great uses for this. For example, as an ISV or technology reseller, I would create a screencast showing how easily a customer could install my product. Or how, with just a few clicks of the mouse, I can upload my Outlook contacts into Microsoft Dynamics CRM software. Or perhaps I need a short instructional tutorial for new customers that will show them the benefits of using my secure client resource center, or how to fill out a help request ticket. I’m sure you can think of many reasons to record a screencast (for business and fun). Go ahead – give it a try with just a short 10 second demo of you speaking and showing a page on your website. You’ll soon find yourself hooked on all the ways your business can use it!  For more marketing ideas from The Partner Marketing Group, check out the Consultants' Corner at http://www.thepartnermarketinggroup.com/consultants-corner.php and subscribe to our newsletter.
