D&H Distributing, a computer products and consumer electronics distributor, has enhanced its customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities through use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Harrisburg, Pa.-based distributor will integrate this product with targeted marketing and communications campaigns to more proactively support and educate its reseller customers, as an extension of the distributor’s personalized customer service model.
Through the new CRM-based marketing initiative, D&H will offer marketing “Power Kits” that will provide VARs with brandable brochure templates and vendor materials that complement each recipient’s individual business. The objective, according to D&H, is to empower participating resellers with a communications package to help them engage end customers regarding a particular brand or solution. Further, the D&H Solutions Specialist team can now easily cater materials to support specific training initiatives or customer deployments.
The Power Kits will be rolled out to resellers starting in late Q4 and continue into Q1 of 2014.
