IT distributor Avnet Technology Solutions has been selected by IBM to serve as an IBM Global Training Provider. Avnet will now offer its global network of reseller partners, as well as end users, in-depth training programs to build competency and knowledge around the entire IBM portfolio.
As an IBM Global Training Provider, Avnet offers a portfolio of more than 2,500 IBM training courses to IBM employees, reseller partners, and customers around the world directly and through its global network of experienced IBM Training Partners.
The centers supporting this global training role will commence on July 12, 2013, in two phases, starting with: Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, the U.K. and Ireland, and the U.S. Phase two will include: Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
