With eight employees and a fulltime contractor, my company isn’t exactly what most people would call big. But if you asked our clients, they’d tell you we perform like a business many times our size.
Even though we’re a modest company, collaborating with great partners in complementary fields enables us to deliver like an all-in-one IT shop for our customers without actually being one. That’s the beauty of strategic partnerships. And especially during these economic times, delivering end-to-end support is more important than ever.
SMBs are actively deploying voice-over-IP solutions, multifunction printers, and other technologies that tie into their corporate network. You simply can’t satisfy a client’s requirements anymore unless you offer such comprehensive capabilities.
That’s why we’ve developed a network of outstanding local service partners in areas like telecommunications, document management, and Web design. They offer services our customers need that are outside our core business. Through collaborative efforts we exceed our clients’ needs without having to make massive investments in new staff and new competencies.
