The latest version of InphoniteVoice features an improved user interface, interactive test messaging, speech recognition, and a lab results portal.

On-premise and software as a service (SaaS) messaging solutions provider Inphonite LLC has announced the release of InphoniteVoice 2012, automated messaging system first unveiled in October of 2011.
According to Inphonite, the 2012 version was designed with SMBs in mind.
InphoniteVoice 2012 integrates with most scheduling and practice management systems. It is available as a SaaS subscription service or as an on-premises solution, whereby the SMB and/or channel pro retains complete ownership and control of the hardware, software, data, and telecommunications infrastructure.
Features of InphoniteVoice 2012 include:
- Improved User Interface – SMBs gain access to message designer tools, a rules wizard, and a new dashboard.
- Interactive Text Messaging—This includes HTML-enabled texting.
- Speech Recognition—This enables voice responses instead of pressing numbers.
- Lab Results Patient Portal—Patients are enabled to securely and privately view lab/test results or other private messages.
Additional features include 26 text-to-speech languages, custom report designer, enhanced dynamic answering machine detection, and holiday exception handling.
“I am especially excited to roll out the new feature of Dynamic Call Detection, which can intelligently adapt to a voicemail or a live person after the message has already started being delivered,” says Inphonite president Christine Tosi. “Additionally, adding features like easy-to-use wizards, interactive text messaging, voice response, custom reports, and a portal make this product even more robust.”
