CoreLink Data Centers, a national data center service provider, has completed a Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 audit at its colocation facilities. Issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AIPCA), the SSAE 16 addresses a service organization's internal controls, such as its data center.

CoreLink had previously completed the SAS70 Type II audit, and its Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Seattle facilities follow internal controls for data center management services. CoreLink's SSAE 16 audit included CoreLink's full description of systems at its data centers, including technical design and operational and safety controls.
