SAP and Google have collaborated to launch SnapEngage Live Chat and SAP Business ByDesign Android support.  SnapEngage Live Chat is the first live partner app in the cloud developed on Google App Engine (GAE) and integrated into SAP Business ByDesign, available through the SAP store. SAP Business ByDesign also released its player for Android-based devices, providing comprehensive mobile access to the application.

SAP is hosting a one-day cloud summit for developers, where demos of the SnapEngage Live Chat app will be offered. The event can be attended either in person or online, with demos taking place live at 1 pm PST tomorrow.

The event will take place February 16, 2012, from 8 am to 4:30 pm PST, at the SAP Labs in Palo Alto, Calif. A video demo of the SnapEngage app integration is also available. For more information, visit the registration page.
