With its Winter Release '12, Intronis, a cloud backup and recovery company, is now offering ConnectWise integration and mobile application availability for iPhone and Android-enabled devices. Partners can check client backup status from any mobile device now that Intronis' centralized management portal has been extended to mobile applications. Partners have mobile access to backup status and user contact info for more proactive support.

The integration with ConnectWise's Professional Services Automation software streamlines the process of managing backups. Partners can more easily set up billing for Intronis backup within ConnectWise, as well as create ConnectWise service tickets with Intronis notifications.
